Played during the summers of 2012 and 2013 for the Eau Claire (Wis.) Express in the Northwoods League ... In 2013 batted .287 with five doubles, two triples, seven home runs, 39 runs scored and 27 RBI ... In 2012 hit .313 with 14 doubles, 43 runs scored and 27 RBI over 61 games ... His 80 hits were the eighth-most in the league ... Competed during summer 2011 with the Mat-Su Miners of the Alaskan League ... Batted .295 in league play to rank among the top 10 in hitting ...
