In line to continue in a middle relief role in his senior season with an occasional starting assignment ... Played for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots of the Alaska League during the summer of 2013 ... Led the team in appearances with 13 and compiled a 2-2 record and a 4.13 earned run average ... During summer 2012 competed for the La Crosse Loggers of the Northwoods League in Wisconsin ... Made 11 appearances including 10 starts, compiling a record of 4-1 with a 4.44 earned run average ... Played for the Quincy (R.I.) Gems in the Prospect League during summer 2011 ... Got the start in the Mountain West Tournament game vs. New Mexico on May 25, going 3.1 innings, his longest outing of the season.

Moved between the bullpen and starting rotation with seven starts and eight relief appearances ... Had three starts of six innings duration vs. Washington, Cal State Northridge and Long Beach State ... No decision in any of those outings ... Season-high six strikeouts in season opener vs. Washington (Feb. 17) ...
