Mark Seyler gets the start vs, Purdue this afternoon at 1:00 p.m.

SAN DIEGO, Calif. - San Diego State and Purdue will hook up for the third contest of their four-game series Sunday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. at Tony Gwynn Stadium.

The Aztecs are working on a five-game winning streak and their 14-4 record is the best since the 1997 squad opened with a 15-3 mark.

Sophomore Mark Seyler (3-1, 2.28) will get the pitching start for SDSU while the Boilermakers (1-12) will counter with right-hander Connor Podkul (0-2, 16.20).

San Diego State has captured the first two contest of the scores by scores of 8-7 and 11-2.
