PITCHER OF THE WEEK
San Diego State junior right-hander Michael Cederoth has been named the Mountain West Pitcher of the Week for games played from May 5-11. It marks the second such honor of the season for Cederoth (San Diego, Calif. / Steele Canyon HS), who made three appearances out of the bullpen last week recording a win and pair of saves. Over his 6.2 innings pitched for the week, Cederoth had a 0.00 earned run average with six strikeouts and opponents hit just .053 against him. The saves were his 18th and 19th of the season as he is within one of the SDSU single-season record of 20 set by Addison Reed during the 2009 campaign.
