For the first time in school history, San Diego State has won its three most recent games against AP Top-25 teams (No. 20 Creighton, No. 25 Marquette and No. 16 Kansas). All three victories have come this season and were played outside of San Diego (two neutral sites, one road game).
At 12-1, San Diego State has tied its second-best record after 13 games in school history. The 2010-11 team opened 20-0.
