Chase Tapley (17 points, 9 rebounds)
The junior guard narrowly missed his second career double-double, settling for a team-high 17 points and nine rebounds... It was his team-high 23rd game with 10 or more points this season and the 50th time he has reached-double figures in his career... He led the team in scoring for the 11th time this season... He was 3-for-6 from three point range, and now has made eight of his last 17 attempts from bonus distance.

Tim Shelton (13 points, 11 rebounds)
The senior forward posted the second double-double of his career and the first since Dec. 13, 2008 with a season-high tying 13 points and a season-high 11 rebounds... The 11 boards are one off of his career high of 12 set March 7, 2009... Shelton has now reached double-figures in scoring for a second consecutive game after going 61 consecutive games without reaching double figures... This is the first time he has scored 10 or more points in consecutive games since a four-game streak from Dec. 3-13, 2008... Shelton played 31 minutes, his highest total since logging 31 minutes against UNLV on Jan. 14, 2012.

Garrett Green (5 points, 10 rebounds)
The senior made his first start since the Chicago State game on Jan. 10, 2012... It was his 16th start of the season and the 33rd of his career... He had his fourth double-digit rebound game of the season and his first since getting 10 rebounds vs. California on Dec. 4, 2011... He suffered a sprained ankle in the second half and did not play in the final 11:57 of the game.

Xavier Thames (9 points, 5 assists, 3 rebounds)
The sophomore narrowly missed his 10th double-figure scoring game of the season... Instead he posted his second straight nine-point effort... Thames had five assists, giving him 17 dimes in his last three games... That is his highest three-game total since Nov. 30-Dec. 7 when he had 24 assists in a three-game span.

Jamaal Franklin (DNP - injured)
The sophomore went through early warm ups but was unable to play due to a left ankle sprain he suffered in the final minute of the game against New Mexico on Wednesday... The Aztecs leading scorer (16.0) and leading rebounder (7.4) had started the last 14 games for SDSU.
