Game Notes

• Only one player scored in double digits (Michael Lyons with 10) vs. SDSU for the fifth time this season and first time since New Mexico at home on Jan. 26 (Kendall Williams with 14). San Diego State is 5-0 this season when its opponent only has one player reach double-figures in scoring.

• The Aztecs shot 33.9 percent from the field, their second-lowest percentage in a win this season (32.2 percent vs. Missouri State).

• San Diego State held a 45-32 rebound advantage. It is the fourth consecutive game in which the Aztecs have outrebounded their opponent.

Chase Tapley
Tapley posted his 17th double-figure scoring game of the year and 75th of his career... Recorded his eighth game with at least four assists... He's has at least four assists five times in his last nine outings... Had multiple steals for the 10th time this year... Played in his 101st career win in his final regular-season home game, which ties him with Billy White for second all-time in SDSU history... It is the 41st conference win for the senior, which is third all-time.

Jamaal Franklin
Franklin reached double figures for the 16th straight game, the 27th time this season and the 57th time in his career... Franklin posted his 11th double-double of the year and 24th of his career... Had a career-high-tying three blocked shots... Logged his 12th game of the season with at least four assists... The junior led the team in rebounding for the 21st time this season and the 39th time of his career.

JJ O'Brien
Scored in double figures in six straight games and in 10 of his last 11 outings... Recorded his 11th game of the season with at least four offensive rebounds... He has at least four offensive boards in three straight games and in five of his last six games.

Xavier Thames
Recorded his 12th double-figure scoring effort of the season and first since the Nevada home game... It is his 29th career double-digit scoring effort.
