San Diego State, winners of 25 consecutive games against teams from the state of California, looks to extend that streak when the Aztecs travel to Anaheim to face No. rv/24 UCLA on Saturday night at Honda Center in the John R. Wooden Classic.

Game time is set for 7 p.m. PT and the contest will be broadcast nationally by ESPNU with radio coverage on AM 600 KOGO and 101 KGB.

The Aztecs have not dropped a game to a member of The Golden State since Nov. 25, 2009. The current 25-game winning streak is 15 longer than the second team on the list (Kansas, 10) and is the longest streak in more than 17 seasons (records only go back to 1996-97).

In addition, the Aztecs are looking to extend a 10-game winning streak against teams currently in the Pac-12 Conference. That is the third-longest active streak in the nation, trailing only Kansas (16) and Connecticut (13). Last season, SDSU went 3-0 against the conference, defeating USC, Arizona and California. In its last outing on Sunday, San Diego State earned the school's first-ever victory at USC.

Despite playing without preseason first-team all-conference performer Chase Tapley (knee) and getting only five minutes out of starting forward DeShawn Stephens (hip pointer), SDSU won its fourth straight game with a 66-60 victory at USC. All-America candidate Jammal Franklin scored 17 points and senior guard James Rahon added 17 points for the Aztecs.
