Originally a defensive end in high school, who moved to linebacker when he arrived at SDSU ... A former basketball player, who is quick and strong with long arms ... Is listed as the backup at middle linebacker heading into the 2015 season.

2014: Played in the team’s 13 games ... Had six tackles (five solo), including 2.5 tackles for loss for 20 yards, two sacks for 19 yards and a quarterback hurry ... The two sacks were tied for fifth on the team ... Played in his first career game in the opener vs. Northern Arizona off the bench ... Had a good all-around day with four tackles (three solo), 1.5 tackles for loss and a 7-yard sack ... Saw time off the bench at No. 21/23 North Carolina without finding the stat sheet ... Had another good game off the bench at Oregon State with two solo tackles, including a 12-yard sack (and TFL) ...
