Is making the move to the blind side at left tackle this year after starting all 12 games he appeared in last year at right tackle ... Big, athletic lineman with good technique ... Has four years of collegiate experience, playing two years at Monterey Peninsula College from 2010-11, redshirting his first year at SDSU (2012) and starting last year.
2013: Named a honorable-mention all-MW performer ... Also named to the 2013 MW Fall All-Academic Team ... Started all 12 games he appeared in ... Allowed just two sacks in 492 dropbacks (0.4 percent) ... Earned the start at right tackle in the opener vs. Eastern Illinois ... It was his first Division I start and appearance ... Was on the travel squad for the Ohio State game, but did not play ...
