SAN DIEGO - The San Diego State football team will play host to San José State on Oct. 20 in its annual Homecoming Game at SDCCU Stadium. The game is set to kick off at 7:30 p.m. PT.
The Aztecs have won five straight games against the Spartans by a combined score of 196-54. Additionally, SDSU has won four of its last six Homecoming Games. San Diego State and San José State last met in an Aztec Homecoming Game on Nov. 8, 1997 with SDSU downing SJSU, 48-21.

San Diego State finished 2017 with a 10-3 record, its school-record third consecutive season with at least 10 victories. The Aztecs are one of just seven schools in the nation to win at least 10 games in three straight seasons (also Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Wisconsin). SDSU is scheduled to return seven starters on offense and seven on defense, along with its kicker and punter.
