Dec. 5, 2012

SAN DIEGO - San Diego State is set to begin accepting new season football ticket deposits on Thursday, Dec. 6, at 9 a.m. PT. Packages start at just $66 and include reserved seats to all Aztec home games, which will be announced at a later date.

Season tickets can be purchased online through GoAztecs.com, over the phone by calling (619) 283-7378, or by visiting the Aztec Ticket Office at Qualcomm Stadium's Window "E." The ticket office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

In 2013, the Aztecs are already scheduled to face Eastern Illinois at Qualcomm Stadium. The Panthers finished 6-1 in league play en route to being named champion of the Ohio Valley Conference. SDSU will also face off with Oregon State at home next season. The Beavers finished 9-3, 6-3 in the Pac-12 to earn a bid to the Alamo Bowl on Dec. 29 against Texas.

San Diego State will also play four home games against BIG EAST foes in 2013, which will be determined at a later date. This year, six BIG EAST schools are set to compete in bowl games, including Louisville in the Sugar Bowl vs. Florida. Other bowl qualifiers include Boise State (Las Vegas Bowl vs. Washington), SMU (Hawai'i Bowl vs. Fresno State), Central Florida (Beef `O' Grady Bowl vs. Ball State), Cincinnati (Belk Bowl vs. Duke) and Rutgers (Russell Athletic Bowl vs. Virginia Tech).

The Aztecs have won seven consecutive games and are 9-3 heading into their Poinsettia Bowl meeting with Brigham Young on Dec. 20.
