Singles - Went 4-1 in the fall... Advanced to the qualifying round at the ITA All-American tournament recording three wins... Defeated Florent Girod of Mississippi State, 6-4, 6-3... Downed Ryan McBride of Arizona State, 7-6, 6-2, in the round of 64 of the prequalifying draw... Beat Tennessee's Kiril Tcherveniachki, 6-2, 7-6, to move onto the qualifying draw... Outplayed Southern California's Adam Loucks at the USD Surf and Volley Challenge by posting a 6-4, 6-2, win.

Doubles - Posted a 4-2 record with Armando Carrascosa as his partner... Advanced to the qualifying round by beating Ley and Tabak of Louisiana-Lafayette, 8-4, and the pair of Girod/Irey of Mississippi State, 8-1... In the round of 64 of qualifying action, the two defeated Georgia Tech's Rajevac/Murguruza, 8-4... Lost to Florida's Holmia and Oullette 8-3 in the qualifying round of 32... Notched an 8-2 win over Arizona's Mullane/Cochrane at the USD Surf and Volley Challenge... Downed San Diego's Meschede/Ozurovich, 8-5, at the USD event.

As a Junior (2003-04)
Earned second letter at SDSU... 2004 MWC all-academic team honoree.
Singles - Finished the season with 21 victories, the most on the squad... With his record of 21-7, he tied current SDSU assistant coach Oliver Maiberger for sixth place on the all-time season winning percentage list with a mark of .750... Won two matches in the 2003 ICY HOT/ITA Men's All-American Championship pre-qualifying draw... Recorded a 2-1 record at the Sherwood Invitational, including a win over 89th-ranked James Pade of Stanford University... Won his match over Mason Fuller of San Francisco at number three singles, 6-2, 6-2, to help Aztecs to their first win of the year... Led SDSU to victory over UCSD with a straight sets win over Jeff Nelson, 6-4, 6-3... Won a three-set match in a close loss to San Diego... Was one of four Aztecs to notch wins in their defeat of Pacific... Guided SDSU to victory with his 6-1, 6-1 win over Francisco Zepponi of Santa Clara... One of five Aztecs to rack up wins in conference opening win over BYU... Defeated Henry Gers of New Mexico, 7-6(10), 6-1, in the MWC title match.

Doubles - Went 12-14 overall with five different partners...Teamed with Felix Hardt to advance to the quarterfinals in the ITA Men's Western Regional... Won his match with Dontia Haynes, 8-3, over San Francisco's Pires De Almeida/Van Rillas... Along with Hardt, the duo won their match over 28th-ranked Brandon Allan/Kai Schledorn of No. 59 Middle Tennesee State... Played with Markus Dickhardt at number two doubles to record an 8-2 win over Air Force... Clinched the doubles point with Michael Coehlo in the semifinal round of the MWC Championships against UNLV.

As a Sophomore (2002-03)
Earned first letter at SDSU.
Singles - Went 22-12 overall and 13-10 in dual competition... His 22 victories were second on the squad behind five-time All-American Oliver Maiberger, while his 13 dual wins were the third highest total on the team... Defeated three players that ended the season nationally ranked... Was nationally ranked himself and climbed to number 106 in late March... Had a remarkable fall for a freshman, winning two matches at the Icy Hot/ITA All-American Prequalifying Tournament, made the finals of the San Diego All-College Tournament and advanced to the quarterfinal round of the Omni Hotels Western Region Championships... Won nine of his final 14 matches of the season... Six of his 12 losses came in three sets.

Doubles - Recorded a 16-16 record, 10-12 mark in dual matches... Had a streaky first season in doubles play, recording four three-match winning streaks, while suffering through a seven-match losing streak... Played at all three doubles positions, going 0-2 at number one, 7-5 at number two and 3-5 at number three... Played with four different partners throughout the season.

Prior to SDSU
Attended the University of Giessen and Adolf-Reischwein schools... Played for a club team in Germany for nine years.
