SAN DIEGO - The No. 70 San Diego State Men's Tennis team will have its first home match in nearly a month when the Aztecs play host to Mountain West rival No. 39 Boise State on Saturday, beginning at noon PT. The match was originally scheduled for Sunday afternoon, but has since been changed.

SDSU (6-3, 1-0MW) has won two-consecutive matches, going 2-0 on its road trip to Hawaii last week. The Aztecs defeated Hawai'i, 5-2, and topped Pacific, 4-3. All three of the Aztecs' losses this season have come against ranked opponents. SDSU has one win against a ranked foe (No. 66 Georgia Tech), and is 5-0 against everyone else.

Junior Hunter Nicholas is the reigning MW Player of the Week, after going 3-1 overall (2-0 in singles) last week in Hawaii. Nicholas is 6-2 in singles action this dual season, all in the No. 3 slot, and trails only senior Derek Siddiqui for the team lead in victories (7).

Boise State (3-5, 1-0 MW) defeated the Aztecs last season, 6-1, en route to winning the MW Championship. The Broncos finished last season ranked No. 37, and lost to Florida State in the NCAA Regionals. However, Boise State has lost five of its last six matches this season. The Broncos are led by No. 27 Andrew Bettles, who is 5-3 this dual season in singles play, and has won his last four matches.
