Women's basketball beat CSULA 72-50

A three-star recruit ranked No. 22 among point guards in her class according to ESPN with a 90 scouts grade … Finished her four-year career at Juanita High as the program’s all-time leading scorer with 1,835 career points, leading the team in scoring each season … As a senior, was a first-team All-3A/2A KingCo Conference honoree, her fourth consecutive all-conference honor, and was a Seattle Times Class 3A first team pick following career-high tallies in points (22.5), assists (3.3), rebounds (4.1) and assists (4.6) … A 2016 All-USA Western Washington Preseason Girls Basketball Team honorable mention and KingCo 3A/2A First Team pick after recording 20.0 points per game … Named to the 2015 All-USA Western Washington Preseason Girls Basketball first team and captured KingCo 2A/3A Co-MVP and Defensive Player of the Year accolades as a sophomore … Collected All-KingCo 2A/3A first-team honors her freshman year.

Te'a Adams was born in Kirkland, Wash., on May 10, 1999 to Erika and Sam Adams ... Sam was a three-year starter on Texas A&M's football team and a member of the Aggies' track team, getting inducted into the school's Hall of Fame in 2001 ... Sam, a two-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle, was a first-round pick of the Seattle Seahawks in 1994, for whom he played six seasons, and also played for Baltimore, Oakland, Buffalo, Cincinnati and Denver, winning two AFC Championships and Super Bowl XXXV with the Ravens ... Adams has two brothers, Terin and Sam ... Plans to major in business.
