Feb. 28, 2011
SAN DIEGO - The San Diego State women's basketball team will look to honor its seniors this Wednesday when it entertains Mountain West Conference rival Wyoming on Senior Night. The game, which is scheduled for a 7 p.m. PT tip-off inside Viejas Arena, will be the final regular-season home contest for the team's three seniors - Jessika Bradley, Coco Davis and San Diego native Paris Johnson.
Several promotions will be in effect for the senior celebration. The night's festivities begin with a pregame student barbeque at 5 p.m. on campus at the Aztec Center Patio, where students will be provided with food and entertained with a photo booth, face painting and much more.
At the game, rally towels will be handed out to the first 1,000 students in attendance, courtesy of Associated Students. The MWC Weeknight Meal Deal will also be available for purchase at the arena, and includes a hot dog, soda and chips for just $6.
Tickets can be purchased online at GoAztecs.com and at the Viejas Arena box office. Current SDSU students receive free admission to the game by showing their Red ID at the Viejas Arena box office.
Following Wednesday's game, the Scarlet and Black will head to Fort Collins, Colo., to face Colorado State on Saturday at 1 p.m. MT in the regular-season finale, before packing their bags for the 2011 MWC Basketball Championships, which begin Tuesday, March 8, in Las Vegas, Nev.
