-The Records: With just two games left in the regular season, the San Diego State women's basketball team's seed for next week's MWC tournament is still in doubt, as the Aztecs travel to Brigham Young (14-12, 4-8 MWC) Thursday and Utah (21-5, 11-1 MWC) Saturday. SDSU rounded out its home schedule with a split, as both games went down to the wire. The Aztecs defeated Air Force, 52-50, but then fell to New Mexico, 47-44, to head into this week at 8-17 overall and 3-9 in conference play.
SDSU will need a win in its first contest against the Cougars to have a chance to move into the No. 6 spot at the MWC tournament.
