-The Records: San Diego State heads out on the road for the first time this season, taking a 1-1 record to Cal State Fullerton Monday. The Aztecs will be a week removed from their first victory of the season, knocking off Nevada 67-52 at Cox Arena on Nov. 24.

Cal State Fullerton, meanwhile, is looking for its first win of the season against its second straight Mountain West Conference opponent. The Titans opened their 2003-04 campaign with a 81-43 loss to Fordham, before falling at New Mexico, 59-52, on Tuesday.

-In The RPI: In the 2003-04 preseason strength of schedule report released by the WBCA on Oct. 21, SDSU's schedule is ranked 152nd, while Cal State Fullerton is 215th of the 324 NCAA Division I teams.

-SDSU Head Coach Jim Tomey: Tomey (Michigan '81) is in his second season at San Diego State after taking over the Aztec helm on April 9, 2002. His career and Aztec head coaching record is 10-19.

-CS Fullerton Head Coach Maryalyce Jeremiah: Jeremiah is in her first year of her second stint as head coach of the Titans. Her record at Cal State Fullerton is 112-95 in eight seasons, while her 24-year overall record is 375-240.

-Series History: Cal State Fullerton leads 17-16 (Last: SDSU def. CS Fullerton, 84-47, in San Diego, 12/18/00)
