Named to the all-Mountain West team in the 100 backstroke … Went 54.62 in that event at the 2016 conference championships to finish in seventh place … Turned in a 54.37 in the prelims, her best time of the season in the event … Also recorded a time of 1:59.20 in the 200 backstrokes, another personal season-best mark … her top time in the 100 back ranks as the fourth-fastest ever by an Aztec while her mark in the 200 back is the ninth-fastest time in program history … recorded one first-place, two second-place and five third-place finish in various events during the season … Was also a member of the 400 medley relay team at the conference meet that went 3:38.86, the fifth-best time for an SDSU quartet in that event … Was named a College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Honorable Mention Scholar All-America by attaining an NCAA B qualifying time in the 100 backstroke and compiling a gpa of 3.5 or higher.
