Competed in both the indoor and outdoor seasons ... was an integral part of the Aztec throwing unit ... participated in nine outdoor meets ... finished among the field's top 5 on 13 different occasions ... had a season- and team-best effort of 36-8.25 in the shot put at the indoor TCR Race Productions Invitational ... also had a throw of 36.4.75 in the shot put at the Mountain T's Invite ... during the outdoor season, had the top performance in the shot put, discus throw, hammer throw and javelin throw ... finished second in the shot put at the Trojan Invitational with a team-best toss of 41-1.50 ... her best discus throw came in March at the Claremont Classic when she finished with a seventh-place effort of 141-9 ... at the Aztec Invitational, she threw the hammer 108-4 ... two weeks later, she helped SDSU win the Cal-Nevada Championships title with her fourth-place javelin throw of 128-5 ... at the San Diego City Championships, she logged four top-4 efforts, placing third in the shot put (37-8.75), the hammer (97-10) and javelin (122-10) and fourth in the discus (134-8) ... in addition to posting her top hammer performance at the Aztec Invite, she also finished third in the discus (131-3), fourth in the javelin (113-6) and fifth in the shot put (36-4.75) ... came in third place in the javelin (125-1) at the Trojan Invite ... at the Mountain West Conference Championships, she came in fifth in the discus (139-7).

Was a three-year varsity team member at La Salle High in Pasadena, Calif. ... took first place in the Division IV discus throw ... named team captain for her senior season ... also played volleyball and soccer for the Lancers.
